Joel was assigned by a relocation company as one of our realtors to choose from when my husband and I were making a career change. When we interviewed them, he (in hindsight) provided the most accurate comparative analysis and was the only realtor to suggest that we take our time, move out of the house, and then prepare it for sale; he did not seem interested in the “quick turn” commission, like the other realtor. Joel’s estimate for sale was over 20-percent higher than the other realtor, and he delivered a sale price within 1.5 percent of that estimate (all cash, in less than a week from listing). The entire closing process took about two weeks, but that was mostly due to delays by the buyers. We invested a small amount in repairs and earned over ten times that back in profit. Beyond the numbers, when my husband and I moved out-of-state, Joel became a defacto (unpaid) property manager who handled everything from managing contractors to sending us mail that USPS failed to forward (and everything in-between). In short, Joel provides a quality product with professionalism and knowledge.
